Compatible with a wide range of battery technologies, including LiFePO4 lithium, AGM, Gel, flooded and sealed lead-acid batteries, the REGO charger uses an adaptive four-stage charging system to automatically manage the charging process according to the selected battery profile. This helps improve charging efficiency, protect battery health and support long-term battery performance.

For additional flexibility, the charger features an optional Bluetooth connection using the Renogy BT-2 Bluetooth Module (sold separately), allowing you to view charging information, monitor performance and adjust compatible settings directly from your smartphone using the Renogy DC Home App.

The charging process incorporates Bulk, Boost (Absorption), Float and Equalisation stages, automatically adjusting charging voltage and current according to the selected battery profile.

• Bulk Charging: Delivers high charging current to quickly replenish your battery's stored energy.

• Boost / Absorption Charging: Maintains a controlled charging voltage while gradually reducing the current as the battery approaches full charge.

• Float Charging: Maintains the charge of compatible batteries and compensates for natural self-discharge without unnecessary overcharging.

• Equalisation Charging: Provides a controlled higher-voltage charging process for suitable flooded lead-acid batteries, helping maintain battery performance over time.

The charging stages operate according to the chosen battery settings, ensuring that lithium and lead-acid batteries receive an appropriate charging profile.

Optional Bluetooth Monitoring and Smart Control

Upgrade your charging system with intelligent monitoring by connecting the REGO charger to an optional Renogy BT-2 Bluetooth Module.

Once connected, the Renogy DC Home App allows you to access useful charging information directly from your compatible smartphone or tablet, including:
