A world first: 240Ah in a plastic-cased DIN Type 019 footprint. This is the highest-capacity plastic-cased Type 019 battery in the world, and only TITAN builds one. Made for serious off-grid setups, long-tour motorhomes and heavy-duty installs that want maximum real-world capacity without upsizing the battery bay, it delivers 3,072Wh of usable energy at 12.8V with 250A continuous BMS output. The case is an 019 DIN replacement for lead-acid (Varta LFD90, Varta LED95, Banner 95751, Numax DC25MF, Exide ER550), so it drops into existing trays without reworking the mount.

Case height is 190mm as standard. It can be mounted on its side to drop overall height to 175mm where fitting space is tight.

TITAN's BMS is tuned to the exact cells sitting in the case rather than set to a generic profile, so they can run them to their real working limits. That usually pulls another 5 to 10% out of the pack, which is why a 240Ah will often read nearer 252Ah when it is full. The BMS remaps its own 100% automatically, so the app shows you what is actually there rather than what the sticker says.

Every battery checked in Cheltenham - Nothing leaves TITAN untested

Every battery passes through TITAN's QC bay in Cheltenham before it is boxed. Visual inspection, comms and Bluetooth tested, and all functions checked for correct operation. It is the unglamorous end of the job and it is the reason most problems get caught by TITAN instead of by you, halfway up a hill in the rain.
