AVAILABLE OPTIONS WITH THIS KIT

Socket Finish – This refers to the 13A sockets and switches that you will see once fitted into your furniture. These are available in Flat Brushed Steel, Raised Black Nickel or a Raised Matt Black finish in a standard UK 2 gang fitting, or they can be upgraded to two sets of grey C-Line 13A sockets in a gunmetal grey 2 module frame (4 individual outlets in total). Please see the image of the sockets for colour/style reference.

Hook Up Flap Colour – This is the hook up you will install that will accept your 16A camp site hook up lead. We offer a flush type similar to what you would find on a caravan setup. The flush option is available in either black or white to compliment your van.

240V Mains Consumer Unit – This is the mains consumer unit which distributes power from the site supply to the outlets. This can either be provided to you with all the consumer unit parts (enclosure, breakers, cables etc.) for self-assembly by a professional electrician, or we can pre-wire the consumer unit for you in-house. With this option all that's required once installed, would be to attach the sockets and 16A hook up point. Please note, the pre-assembled unit is the mains consumer unit only, not the entire kit. The rest of the equipment (12V) will be in kit form and will require assembly.

12V LEISURE BATTERY CHARGING

Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC 12/12-30A DC-DC Non-Isolated Charger (360W)

For use in dual battery systems in vehicles where the alternator and the starter battery are used to charge the leisure battery. The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch and has an engine running detection mechanism.

The Orion-Tr Smart charger is suitable for both lead acid and lithium batteries.

12V 6 WAY FUSE BOX, FUSE & ISOLATOR

This is the central hub for the distribution of 12V power. This runs from your leisure battery via a fuse and isolator.

12V MAIN CONTROL PANEL & BUS BAR

This is the main control panel in the van, fed from one of the outlets on the 6 way fuse box. This unit comes with a voltmeter, USB port and a 12V port. The panel has five switched fused outlets to feed the other 12v items in your van such as your lighting, water pump. fridge etc.

There is also a 5 way negative bus bar provided, so you can terminate all negatives to this point from the control panel.

12V MINI PANEL

Again, powered from the 6 way fuse box, this small panel is great for installing in the bed area of your van as it doesn't take up too much space and its ideal for charging a phone or tablet.

240V MAINS HOOK UP

This part of the kit is available in two forms; we can either provide you with all the consumer unit parts (enclosure, breakers, cables etc.) for self-assembly by a professional electrician, or we can pre-wire the consumer unit for you in-house. This part of the kit will allow you to hook up to a standard 16A camp site site hook up and will then power the mains sockets in the van. As standard, the kit will come with two double three pin sockets (In a choice of finish), and a standard three pin socket to power the on board mains battery charger.

SMART MAINS LEISURE BATTERY CHARGER

Victron Energy 12V 10A Blue Smart IP65 Battery Charger

The Blue Smart IP65 Charger is a professional battery charger with built-in Bluetooth.

The seven-step charging algorithm gets the best out of your battery. The charger gives the battery the power it needs, maintains its health, ensures better performance... and a longer life.

The Blue Smart IP65 Charger will attempt to recharge a deeply-discharged battery by force-feeding it with a low current.

Normal charging will then be resumed as soon as there is sufficient voltage across the battery terminals.

The charger comes with both crocodile clips and M8 eyelets - making it easy to connect to the battery. If you wish, you can leave it permanently connected.

The Blue Smart IP65 is equipped with built-in Bluetooth, so the status of the charger and the battery can be checked on a smartphone, tablet or laptop. All settings of the charger can be configured with the VictronConnect app.

CABLING

We will provide adequate lengths of cable to complete the installation as seen on the screen, the lengths provided are suitable for most camper installations, but if you need anymore, this is all available to buy on our website.

For use to wire both the input and output of the Orion DC-DC charger and the cabling to the 12V fuse boxes, bus bar and isolator -

• 16mm² Red Positive Hi Flex - 10M
• 16mm² Black Negative Hi Flex - 10M

For use to wire from the fuse box to your 12V accessories -

• 2.0mm² Twin core automotive thin wall cable - 1 X 30M
